All Employees and their families are invited to this free event!

PICNIC:

Old Mill Park
2410 Caroline Street, Fredericksburg, VA

Hamburgers and Hotdogs, Moon Bounce, Dunking Booth, Races, and More. Prizes!

11:00am setup for picnic

12:00pm Family Fun Day picnic

Tickets will be sold for throws at the Dunking Booth. Monies raised go to Friends of The Rappahannock!

Family Fun Day Option at a group discount: Floating down the Rappahannock:

The first part of FABA Family Fun Day consists of an optional canoe/kayak/tubing trip down the Rappahannock River. While this is a part of FABA's event, payment is due to Virginia Outdoor Center on the day of the trip and is not included in the "FREE" part of FABA Family Fun Day.

 Please note requirements to float per Virginia Outdoor Center:

• You must be 6 years and older to participate.
• Prices are based on a group of 8 or more. 

Canoe/kayak:
Depart at 8:30am from Virginia Outdoor Center

Float 4 Miles From Motts Reservoir to Virginia Outdoor Center. VA Outdoor Center will provide transportation to Motts Reservoir.
Canoe $55/ 2 people
Kayak $35/person 

Tubes:
Depart from 10:00-5:30. Float the river as many times as you would like. VA Outdoor Center will provide transportation.
From Virginia Outdoor Center to Old Mill Park
Prices are based on a group of 8 or more. $18/person

For tubers, the watercraft trip will end at Old Mill Park where VA Outdoor Center employees will collect the tubes.
