2023 - FXBG Builder Guide

The Fredericksburg Area Builders Association – FABA - is pleased to present the 

“FXBG Builder Guide” Website 

A public facing website dedicated to spotlighting our builders, remodelers and developer members and promote “See what Fredericksburg is building for YOU!”  All participants in the guide will have the opportunity to enter the awards that will be judged virtually in September. Below you will find details outlining what is included with your subscription to our “FXBG Builder Guide” Website. 

FAQ:

1. Why would I need two profiles – If you have two companies that you would like to showcase, get a second profile for a discounted rate.
2. Why would I need more “cards” (home or project) – One card is included with your profile. If you have more homes, projects, models, or listings that you want to showcase, can purchase additional cards that will all be listed under your profile.  
3. How is the Builder Guide being marketed to the public? – We will be spending the combined marketing budget from the entries to drive traffic to the website and the Builder Showcase Event in the fall via radio and social media. The more entries, the more marketing, spread the word!
4. When is the deadline to enter for judging? - September 15th
5. Can I sign up for the Builder Guide after October 2023? YES! Join the Builder Guide and market your homes or projects. 
6. Do you have to be a member of FABA (Fredericksburg Area Builders Association) to enter? – YES! Click here to join.
