The Membership Committee is responsible for coordinating membership recruitment and developing programs to help maintain existing membership. The committee members mentor new Fredericksburg Area Builders Association's builders and associates members by welcoming them within the first 30 days of joining the association, encouraging them to come to upcoming events, and by staying in contact to help with any questions.
