Teressa Taylor Griffis is the Founder and CEO of TTG & Associates, LLC, a specialized consulting firm delivering strategic support to builders, developers, and investors. With over 35 years of sales and marketing experience in the homebuilding and real estate industry, TTG & Associates provides expertise in land acquisition, project planning, builder and investor representation, and community-focused business development.
Teressa currently serves as Associate Vice President on the Executive Board of the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association (FABA), holds a Board seat with the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV), and is a Delegate (Alternate) to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She is a member of NAHB’s Custom Home Builders Committee, as well as active in Professional Women in Building (PWB) and the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR).
A sought-after speaker, mentor, and educator, Teressa is committed to empowering industry professionals and advancing the future of residential construction. TTG’s impact has been recognized through multiple honors, including FABA Woman of the Year (2024), Associate of the Year (2024), HBAV Marketing Professional of the Year (2023), and continued national recognition as a Top 5% Realtor and Virginia Top Producer.
